EbeNacho Scrooge is a grumpy old chip.
With a hard crispy shell and coal in his dip.
He hates Chipmas. Bahumbug! And every year
He makes sure no chips get their toppings! Oh but I fear…
This Chipmas something changed. In the middle of the night
He was visited by the piñata spirit, giving him such a fright!
He was getting too crunchy. He was on the wrong path!
So the pinata took him on a journey through time starting when he was an app.
A sweet little chip, not always this way.
He used to dip with the other chips in Queso Bay!
But as he went through the menu he started not to care.
Taking more and more toppings and leaving the other chips bare!

Now getting into his entrée, the main course
EbeNacho sees something so much worse!
He keeps taking toppings from all of the chips
Their fiestas are empty, but still they manage
to laugh and shell-a-brate this Chipmas Eve
While their shells fiesta together, whatever they eat.
But why do the chips all think he’s the one
that should crack his own shell while they are out having fun?
Dessert is the final stop on his journey
To see what will become of him if he doesn’t stop hurting.
Because EbeNacho still only cares for his own shell
He must see that hurting others can hurt him as well.

To EbeNacho’s surprise, the chips are having fun!
But…they have ALL of his toppings, and EbeNacho has NONE!
Dessert is so scary! EbeNacho has been rotten!
Now he knows what it’s like to not have any toppings.
Back into his entrée he awakes on Chipmas Day
With the coal in his dip gone far far away.
He knows what to do. He must give the toppings back
and invite all the chips over for a big Chipmas snack!

EbeNacho sees being shellfish is no longer for him.
Instead of crunching others he looks deep within
to find out if he’s angry, scared or missed,
then he shells together with his friends to bring happiness.
Merry Chipmas!

For their holiday campaign, Taco ‘Bout Pins set out to boost brand and product awareness through a creative holiday mailer supported by a social media campaign.
150 cards were mailed to existing clients and industry friends with weekly story readings to follow along on social media, featuring a whimsical take on the classic ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas – but with a Taco ‘Bout Pins twist!
At the heart of the campaign was the Holiday Bean Fairy, a magical character brought to life through a fun pin included in each mailer.
This unique touch not only made the campaign more memorable but also demonstrated how businesses could use pins to tell a story, reinforce a marketing message or simply spread joy.
